TRAIL RUNNING

Boost your fitness while destressing on the trails in a fun group setting. Winding through the forests and hopping over rocks, you'll hardly notice that you're exercising!

If you're new to running, or simply new to the trails, we offer an introductory course which includes an assessment, a one-on-one session to get you used to the trails, and three group sessions when you're ready to join the group. All ages are welcome, as long as you are healthy and injury free. You will need to complete a health screening form before taking part in any of the ELEMINT activities.

If you're looking for a fun, safe group to join, and can comfortably run 5km - this option is for you.

Our trail group meets 2-3 times per week at various locations around Cape Town. Sessions vary from 5-10km in length, and include stretching with occasional strength, agility and balance training. Memberships include a monthly health check (circumferences, blood pressure and heart rate).

In town for a few days only, or training for a specific event?

We can customise our sessions to suit you, and work towards your goals. Choose from one-on-one sessions, duo sessions (with a partner or friend), or get a group together for a fun adventure on the trails. A variety of route options are available, from flat and easy, to steeper and more technical terrain. The choice is yours!
