We offer guided swimming sessions in the oceans and dams of Cape Town, with a focus on safety, fun and team work. Dive in and discover the depths and beauty of the open water.

If you're new to open water swimming, our beginner 8-week course is the ideal introduction to build you up to a mile (1.6km). The course includes a pre-post assessment, guided group open water sessions, pool programmes plus a starter pack. All ages are welcome, as long as you are healthy, injury free, and can comfortably swim 400m in a pool. If you're looking for a fun open water swimming group to join in Cape Town, this one's for you. 

Summer swim times (Sep-Apr):

-Mondays 17h30 at Clifton 4th

-Wednesdays 16h30 at Silvermine

Winter swim times (May-Aug):

-Wednesdays 16h30 at Silvermine

-Saturdays 10h00 at Clifton 4th

Available on a monthly membership which includes a health check (heart rate, blood pressure and body composition).

In town for a few days only, or training for a specific event?

We can customise our sessions to suit you, and work towards your goals. Choose from one-on-one sessions, duo sessions (with a partner or friend), or get a group together for a fun adventure in the water. A variety of swim route options are available, from the Atlantic ocean to Silvermine dam. The choice is yours!
