We offer a variety of hikes of different intensities around Cape Town. Breathe in the fresh air and take in the exquisite views of nature.

Cape Town offers a variety of exquisite walking and hiking trails. From relatively flat and easy forest strolls to summiting mountains -explore the beautiful outdoors while getting your heart pumping in a fun, safe group setting. All ages are welcome, as long as you are healthy and injury free. You will need to complete a health screening form before taking part in ELEMINT hikes.

Get your blood flowing and muscles moving in a safe group setting, while experiencing the beauty of the outdoors. Our group meets twice a week in the Southern Suburbs of Cape Town for 30-45 minute walks, and is suitable for all ages and fitness levels. Sessions take place from October - March (closed from April - September. Monthly memberships include a health check (HR and BP).

In town for a few days only, or training for a specific event?

We can customise our sessions to suit you, and work towards your goals. Choose from one-on-one sessions, duo sessions (with a partner or friend), or get a group together for a fun adventure on the trails. A variety of route options are available, from flat and easy, to steeper and more technical terrain. The choice is yours!
